Suddenlink Arbitration in West Virginia and North Carolina

Suddenlink’s terms of service require all cases filed against them to be filed in arbitration.  Arbitration in this case means a private court selected by Suddenlink called the American Arbitration Association to handle your claims.

We are bringing claims for as many customers as we can who have valid claims against Suddenlink.  This means you must currently be or have been a Suddenlink internet customer in West Virginia sometime in the last four years.

If you are interested in pursuing a claim against Suddenlink, please fill out our intake form.  We have a very high demand for our services. Therefore, we are taking potential customers in batches so that we can effectively evaluate everyone’s claims.

Everyone who participates in our arbitration system must agree to communicate with us primarily through email.  This is so we can help as many folks as we can, as efficiently as we can.
